What you will be doing

To further strengthen our position in the market and to support our strategic growth by launching new services and accessing new verticals, we are seeking a passionate and proactive Innovation & Advisory Expert.

In this role, you will combine technical expertise, innovation, and client advisory. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to develop and deliver solutions focused on emissions reduction, regulatory compliance, and consulting. You will conduct and manage consulting and advisory projects and ensure high-quality service delivery and represent Intero – The Sniffers as a trusted player widely in the environmental business.
 

Key Responsibilities include:
Advisory Services

• Advise clients on emissions reduction strategies, compliance requirements, and best practices.

• Deliver advisory reports and recommendations based on data analysis to improve emission monitoring and reduction.

• Contribute to the expansion towards additional advisory services.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships.

• Participate as a strong team member to the scaling of business service offering to our international clients.

Project Execution & Support

• Contribute to innovation and advisory projects (e.g., OGMP, MRV, GHG, emission reduction pilots).

• Deliver high-quality technical input and ensure accurate, actionable results.

• Collaborate with internal experts to optimize project outcomes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze data from diverse sources for compliance with OGMP, MRV, and GHG frameworks.

• Deploy enhanced data analysis practices, especially related to sampling, extrapolation and uncertainty.

Prepare clear, accurate client reports based on robust and defendable data acquisition and processing.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Chemical Industry sectors

• Knowledge of environmental protocols in industrial context such as OGMP, MRV, and GHG protocols is a strong plus.

• Proactivity and self-management skills is a must.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex topics into clear advice.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
