Your position
As Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth preparation and execution of projects within our Emission Division (ED). You are the central coordination point between clients, field teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders. With strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, you will help drive operational efficiency, safeguard planning accuracy and support the successful delivery of high‑quality services across the region.
This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and includes collaboration with global teams across the Intero Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & organizing: Develop, maintain and optimize project schedules, including manpower estimation and resource allocation.
Administration: Manage all administrative processes related to project execution, documentation and reporting.
Purchasing: Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment required for project teams.
Logistical support: Arrange transport, accommodations, permits and other logistical needs for field personnel.
Coordination: Oversee the full planning cycle and ensure seamless administrative and logistical workflows.
Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams regarding planning, timelines and project execution.
Material management: Coordinate the use of materials, tools and fleet assets.
Problem‑solving: Address scheduling conflicts, operational challenges and unexpected issues with a solution‑oriented approach.
You will report to the Regional Manager of the Emission Division in Abu Dhabi.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Planner who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is committed to supporting high‑quality project execution. You are someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys coordinating between multiple stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you bring the following:
Based in the UAE
Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, business management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Business Administration.
Experience in oil & gas, chemical, or industrial environments.
Proven ability to coordinate travel, permits, and logistics for field teams.
Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP systems).
Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Experience interacting directly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Experience with procurement and supplier coordination.
Strong administrative skills for documentation, permits, and reporting.
Experience coordinating materials, tools, and fleet usage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve logistical challenges independently.
