In order to be able to continue to process our growing number of projects in a high-quality manner, we wish to expand our dynamic reporting team with a motivated Project Designer. 

Your position

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out administrative work preparation for various projects.

• Defining the scope of projects in close collaboration with project managers.

• Maintaining contact with clients regarding project progress and content.

• Monitoring deadlines to ensure that all projects are prepared on time and in full.

• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas to improve processes.

You will work closely with a great team of administrative colleagues to help make every project a success.

Who are we looking for?

• You are proficient in working with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

• Strong communication skills, both towards clients and colleagues.

• A team-oriented mindset and the motivation to achieve results together.

• The ability to handle stress and maintain oversight during busy periods.

• Some experience as a work planner or in a similar role is an asset, but not a strict requirement.
