Your position
Do you want to contribute to the success of our driven sales team? Then we have the challenge for you!
As a Sales Support Officer , you are the linchpin in the process of quotation requests and tenders. Thanks to your eye for detail and input, you create proposals that impress and convince.
Your tasks include:
Customer and sales support
Supporting international sales managers in managing and expanding customer relationships.
Maintaining direct contact with leads, customers and agents, ensures clear communication and efficient follow-up.
Providing customers and prospects with clear and professional information about the services of Intero-The Sniffers.
Quotation and tender management
Analyze tender documents and requests for quotations.
In close collaboration with the ISMs, translating customer expectations into accurate and structured quotes,
Perform price calculations and support cost analysis where necessary.
Ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity across all proposals.
Prepare complete and structured project summaries to ensure a smooth handover to Operations.
Sales administration
Structuring and processing sales data in CRM and internal systems.
Managing and keeping the sales documentation up-to-date.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and consistency of quotations.

Full-time employment in a contract with flexible working hours. 4/5 is negotiable.

Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
You are a structured and analytical professional who combines precision with strong communication skills.
Education & experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical or economic field.
Affinity with technical services and industrial environments.
Languages and communication
You have a strong talent for languages: you are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and German is a strong asset.
You combine analytical thinking with a clear and persuasive writing style, allowing you to translate complex information into convincing proposals.
Analytical and commercial mindset
You have a natural affinity with numbers and enjoy working on price calculations and cost analyses.

You work in a structured way and have an eye for detail.
You are a real team player with strong communication skills.
